Exceptional and Perfect weapons. Perfect weapons hit slightly harder and attack slightly faster than exceptionals.
Bifrost weapons and Monsters.
Loads of new weapons that aren't even in USKO.
Other little variations I've had fun with.

Currently enabled in the open beta:

19 new bosses in Delos, 20 new mobs in Delos, 7 new unique weapons with new models! (9 if you count 3 different elements for a staff).
Bifrost weapons and Monsters. You can visit "Bifrost" via gates in Elmorad or Moradon. The map is actually USKO Ardream. Normal CZ rules apply. Bosses also have spawns here.
Most of the other weapons and armor are in the client, but currently unavailable in stores or via drops. You will probably see some of the staff walking around showing off. If you ask nicely they may give you a handout ;-P

Upgrade rates:
Weapons: (shields count as a weapon)
+1->+5 = 100%
+5->+6 = 75%
+6->+7 = 50%
+7->+8 = 25%
+8->+9 = 5%
+9->+10 = 1%

Armor:
+1->+6 = 100%
+6->+7 = 50%
+7->+8 = 20%
+8->+9 = 5%
+9->+10 = 1%

Accessories:
+1->+2 = 75%
+2->+3 = 50%
+3->+4 = 25%
+4->+5 = 5%
+5->+6 = 2%
+6->+7 = 1%
+7->+8 = 1%
+8->+9 = 1%
+9->+10 = 0%

Oh, right, yes you DID read that right. Accessories can go up to +10. Yes, that means it is technically possible to have a +10 Iron Necklace.

Worms drop gold coins. Bandicoots drop (+7 iirc) paper armor. Boss respawn time is 25 minutes. Let me know if I've missed anything and I'll post it here.
